Hi... new to cooking on the tower. Be glad if there was a quick guide on how set up different cooking methods on this thing.... for example be glad to know how to set up charcoal and keep it going for many hours. How to set up indirect zone with both charcoal and wood. Is charcoal or wood best for 'oven' temperatures, etc. Also could use quick tutorial on how to use the vents.... bottom open? Dials? and the louvres up top.
