What Does the Lifetime Warranty Cover?Pyro Tower products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. This determination will be made at the sole discretion of Pyro Tower personnel after inspecting damaged item either in person or by examining photos provided by the customer. Damage to product not covered under warranty will be replaced for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
